Installation under Strawberry perl LIBS.

Doing an install under CPAN.pm with

install Prima

The makefile.pl complains (in the makefile.log) that it can't find
libperl58.a, which is clearly in evidence in
C:/strawberry-perl/perl/lib/CORE - which in turn is in the LIB env.
variable.

Diagnostics (from running modified makefile.PL from console) show that
the CORE directory is being passed to find_lib correctly... also that
libperl58.a is present in $lib.

It appears that this is the first attempt by the makefile to compile
with more than one directory. Other than that there is nothing unusual.

This is my first time with strawberry, CPAN.pm and Prima, and I'm
stumped. Any suggestions?
